By using CaptainPost (the "Service") you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service.
CaptainPost is a publishing automation tool for Telegram channels. It moves posts between channels according to rules you define, applies the transformations you configure, and publishes the result.
The Service is a tool. You decide what content is published and where, and you are responsible for that decision.
The Service may be used with:

Breaching this section terminates your access without refund.
If your material is being reproduced through the Service without your permission, contact @CaptainPost_support_bot with:
Complaints are reviewed within 5 business days. Where infringement is established the relevant task is stopped, and repeat infringers lose access to the Service.
The Service operates using a session from your Telegram account. By connecting it, you authorise the Service to perform, on your behalf, the actions required by the tasks you configure: reading the channels you specify and publishing to the channels you specify.
You can withdraw this authorisation at any time through Settings → Devices in Telegram. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Some features require a subscription. Its term and conditions are shown in the bot under Profile. A paid period is not refundable where access is terminated for a breach of section 3.
The Service is provided "as is". We aim for continuous operation but do not guarantee it: maintenance windows, provider outages and changes on Telegram's side can all affect availability.
We are not liable for the content you publish, the consequences of publishing it, any restriction of your channels or account by Telegram, or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months.
These terms may change. Material changes are announced in the bot. Continuing to use the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
